Myron Greiner is the owner and broker of Greiner Real Estate & Auction and has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He founded the company in 2004 and has built a reputation for his knowledge of farmland, equipment, and rural properties. In addition to his real estate work, Myron is a licensed auctioneer and operates a small family farming operation that he has owned and managed since 1976.

Growing up and working in agriculture has given Myron firsthand experience with farming, land management, and machinery, allowing him to better serve clients involved in agricultural real estate and auctions. Before beginning his own farming operation, he worked at Hendrickson Implement in Richland
​
Myron graduated from the Worldwide College of Auctioneering and is a member of the Iowa Auctioneers Association.

Jody Greiner-Phillips is the daughter of Myron and Karen Greiner. She has been involved in the real estate business since 2008. Jody holds a degree in Economics with a Business Analysis emphasis, along with a degree in Computer Programming.
​
Over the years, Jody has worked alongside her parents to help build the family real estate and auction business. In addition to her professional work, she also helps on the family farm and raises a small herd of cattle with her husband, Shawn.
Outside of real estate and auctions, Jody enjoys spending time with family, gardening, cooking, and traveling (not vacationing).

Karen Greiner is the wife of Myron Greiner. She has been involved in the real estate business since 2005 and has also been part of the family farming operation from the very beginning. In addition to her work in real estate and farming, Karen spent several years working in the banking industry.

Karen enjoys spending time with family and especially loves attending the Iowa State Fair.

Rachel Marshall is originally from the Richland area and has called Mount Pleasant home since 2018. She has worked as a dental hygienist since 2012 and balances her career by serving as a real estate agent in her free time.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys creating resin crafts and cheering on the Indiana Fever.

Mike has been an auctioneer since 1980 and is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Iowa. In addition to working in real estate, he owns Goehring Auction Service, where he specializes in farm ground and machinery auctions, coins, household estates, and more. Mike lives in rural Douds.​
